A lot of controversial comments out there how this one ended on the foul. Was curious to get feedback here on it....

I don't see the difference between this ending and the how the Super Bowl ended. Same shit

There was no "controversial call". The refs called a foul near the end of the game. It doesn't matter if a call is made one second into the game or with one second left. Aztecs won fair and square. He got pushed in the back. It was the right call.

Exactly! Not saying it wasn't a foul at all. I've been reading all around many comments how many people feel the call shouldn't have been made at that point in the game esp the deciding factor win or lose. Throughout the game I'm sure there were many fouls that weren't called that should of been called. It definitely was a foul though

Should not have been called.HORRIBLE CALL, let them decide it in OT,very small amount of contact for all the contact fouls they let go Some will say a foul is a foul, but they let fouls go all game then call that with ons second.Just like SB is correct that PI should of been a No call also, it decided the game.SD st down by 1 or 2 I am ok with that foul, tied game No way should be called.Truth to be told thats how most refs call it, tied game unless shooter is somewhat asssaulted they let it go to OT.Think what you wantShit call and the wrong cal.And No money on game and my wife and son both graduated from San diego state, so I am happy they are in final four, but come on as physical as SD st is and they call that garbage.

Creighton 2-17 from the 3 pt line and they scored 56 total points. That's what lost them the game. The people bitching about a clear foul with less than 10 seconds left lost money. A foul is a foul and when you push someone in the back to alter a shot its a foul. Always has been always will be.

That's a foul that was only called because the moment was too big for the ref. I don't think that foul was called for the first 39 minutes and 58 seconds. I hate games being decided by bullshit

Nobody can take anything away from SD St. They're having a great run and could have won in OT. Creighton was gassed, no bench. And they can't overcome foul trouble

Did it alter the shot? Yes or no. The answer is yes, thus it was a foul. Simple as that. Whether it was in the first 10 seconds of the game or the last 10 seconds.

If that’s a foul, the walkons are playing at the end. Maybe the waterboy

Soft as soft can be. Much worse allowed all game long, every game ever played

A foul can be called on 50% shots in BB however why call a foul that going to decided who goes to the final 4 if you haven let them play the whole game. When the guy was knock down no foul??

I think it should have gone to overtime see who wins...

That number 23 from Creighton missed two easy shots towards the very end. That's what they get. And I was on them.

Wasn't watching looked at score 56-56 thought OT then it flips to 57. Did guy throw brick on last foul shot? Agree, alot of contact overlooked as well as walking. Looking like NBA with 3 step rule that's not a rule.....

Last 10 seconds can make a huge difference. I made my daughter in half that time :ROFLMAO:

It wasn’t a foul and if you say it was then I ask you why hadn’t it been called all day and if it had been called all day each team’s 5 starters would have fouled out.

Not “fixed”, ref choked, atrocious to call it so late in the game, any way you look at it.

Can we talk about Adam Seiko? I swear, I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but I seriously think he was trying to throw that game. His actions were pretty damn weird. He threw the inbounds pass thst let Creighton tie the game. Then, after the buzzer, he was calling for a replay for time to be added to the clock. He looked like he was bummed that they lost. Please tell me someone else noticed this!

"I swear I'm not a conspiracy theorist" followed by conspiracy theories lol. He called for a replay because he saw the refs blew the whistle to say the game wasn't over as time expired. He was emotional because he almost cost them the game on that that turnover. I would have reacted the same way feeling awful. He had his hands over his head on that turnover like he gave up the game winning bucket and not he game tying bucket. He came over to hug his family after the win and yes he didn't look entirely happy because a part of him had to feel bad that his brother lost just as big of a game so he knew it was bitter sweet for his family.

This is exactly the same type of stuff people were saying about Butler after he cost SDSU the game vs Arkansas with that turnover. The internet was calling for investigations on point shaving and throwing the game... yet all season long he contributed to the Aztec's success including the buzzer 3 @ UNM and going 8/11 vs Creighton.

Everyone I know that thinks games are thrown or rigged has never played high school or college sports. If you have you would know that crazier shit has happened.
