And then there's Banco National that "oversold" shares that were invested in Costa Rican fixed securities, the Super Fondo bond fund in which some investors lost up to 50% of their money. It's AMAZING how they keep coming up with ways to steal people's money down there in Costa Rica. You can't even open a bank account and be sure you're not going to be ripped off.
I like the part about how they keep accepting payments, but won't pay anything out. Where does that money go, one might wonder?
