is doing with the Cavs?

I think so...

This is not the West....Even though the NBA Wants Lebron in the Finals his team while get handled quite easily and even when he turns into Superman he wont be able to save the Cavs.

A team with Kobe as the only superstar has never beat the Pistons.

So the answer is no.

Kobe doesnt have the leadership that Lebron already has at age 22 to gain the respect of his teammates and trust them to help him beat a team full of All-Stars like the Pistons.

Hell no.

Kobe does not have the PHYSICAL ABILITY in terms of strength, size and quickness for that size that Lebron has.

My knock on Lebron, is he takes games off. He doesnt have that killer instinct in his eyes every single game to dominate and compete. He doesnt have the competitive nature to want to dominate night in and night out that Jordan had. Maybe it's immaturity. Jordan out worked everyone on the court. Lebron is finally realizing, if he chooses to dominate, there is no one that can stop him. Literally. Physically. Kobe is a great competitor that doesnt take nights off, but he simply doesnt have the physical size to take over and have 3 Pistons bounce off him like pin balls like Lebron does. No one does. Jordan didnt have the size and wasnt the physical specimen that Lebron is. If Kobe drives to the lane and has 3 people on him, he has to make some 780 spin reverse under the legs around the back miracle to make a shot. Lebron doesnt have to. Lebron can take over based simply becase he is the biggest strongest fastest player on the court, every single game and impose his will on a team.

Lebron is 22 god damn mother freaking years old, with limited supporting cast. He doesnt have Shaq in his prime on his team. Kobe by himself has not won a playoff series, ever. Lebron single handedly took a good defensive team in Detroit, took them on literally 1 on 5 because all of Lebrons offensive players fouled out, and simply imposed his will on them. You can say eastern conference all you want, but Detroit is not in that category. Kobe cannot beat Detroit, even with Shaq he couldnt beat Detroit.

On some shots with Lebron, there was great defense and limited airspace. On some layups, he is so big and so strong, nobody wants to take the charge, nobody wants to get in the way of the freight train, they are all looking for help defensively and sometimes they are caught around the basket simply watching while he does a poster dunk because they will literally get hurt if they try to go up in mid air with him and challenge his strong move to the basket.

You mean like when Kobe scored 40 and beat the Pissedons by 11 last season? Kobe at 22 was winning CHAMPIONSHIPS. Why is someone as clueless as you allowed to continue posting here? Your posts are like sniffing glue.... kills braincells.

hasnt kobe played the phoenix suns twice in the post season.....not even jordan by his fuckin self could beat the suns.

this is a team that we all thought had a chance to win it all this and last year and we are knockin kobe for not being able to beat them???? give me a break.

lebron has a better supporting cast as they have role player who can score and play defense. the lakers just have a bunch of random player put together who frankly do not complement kobe at all. ilgauskas is much better than any player on the lakers besides kobe.

lets stop knocking kobe for not being able to win a series beacause quite frankly he played a championship contender both times. congrats to lebron fo beating the wiz minus their 2 best and the nets who will always mystify us as to why the underacheive.

with that said i do have to agree that what lebron has done against the pistons is special and if he closes it out. his size is a huge factor and we have seen prince and even rasheed back away while lebron is going for a dunk.

Excellent post. No one wants to acknowledge that Kobe had the Lakers in a position to beat the Suns last season. 3 seconds away from advancing to the conf finals (only the Clip joint were in their way). How is it his fault that Odom got outrebounded by a shorter man and failed to foul Nash, even though Phil had told him to foul few seconds earlier? All this talk about how Lebrick has no help is ridiculous. No one mentions how Gibson kept them from being blown out in game 4 and how Gooden hit 3 straight clutch shots in the 4th. Otherwise, they already lost this series. Not to mention he has an all-star, another all-star calibre player and three great 3 pt shooters. Who does Kobe have?

LOL you really think Kobe had no help last year? Let's look at the stats since you're biased opinion doesnt count -

Game 1:
Kobe - 22 pts, 6 reb, 5 ast
Lamar Odom - 21 pts, 14 reb, 3 ast
Luke Walton - 19 pts, 6 reb, 2 ast
Smush Parker - 15 pts, 6 reb
Kwame Brown - 14 pts, 6 reb

Lamar Odom has as many pts as Kobe, and 3 other Lakers are in double figures...

Game 2:
Kobe - 29 pts, 10 reb, 5 ast
Lamar Odom - 21 pts, 7 reb, 5 ast

Lamar Odom with another 20+ pt game

Game 3:
Kobe - 17 pts, 5 reb, 7 ast
Smush Parker - 18 pts
Luke Walton - 17 pts, 10 reb
Lamar Odom - 15 pts, 17 reb
Kwame Brown - 13 pts, 11 reb

Kobe not even the high scorer in this game on his own team

Game 4:
Kobe - 24 pts, 4 reb, 8 ast
Lamar Odom - 25 pts, 8 reb, 5 ast

Lamar Odom with more pts than Kobe

Game 5:
Kobe - 29 pts, 7 reb, 5 ast
Lamar Odom - 18 pts, 15 reb, 6 ast

Odom with another strong performance

Game 6:
Kobe - 50 pts, 8 reb, 5 ast
Lamar Odom - 22 pts, 11 reb, 9 ast
Kwame - 17 pts, 9 reb

Odom with nearly a triple double

Game 7:
Kobe - 24 pts, 4 reb, 1 ast
Luke Walton - 16 pts, 5 reb
Lamar Odom - 12 pts, 5 reb

Crunch99, next time you wanna say Kobe has no help, look in the mirror and realize you have Kobe's cock in your mouth and please remove it before proceeding to speak. :youmad:

What an IDIOT......

Game 1

Ilgauskas 22pts 13reb
Hughes 13 pts 7 reb
Varejao 13 pts 7 reb
LeBrick 10 pts 9 reb <----4th leading scorer

Game 2

LeBrick 19 pts 7 reb
Pavlovic 14 pts
Varejao 14 pts 14 reb

Game 3

LeBrick 32 pts 9 reb
Ilgauskas 16 pts 7 reb
Pavlovic 13 pts 5 reb
Gooden 12 pts 6 reb

Game 4

LeBrick 25 pts 11 reb
Gooden 19 pts 8 reb
Gibson 21 pts 3 reb

Game 5

LeBrick 48 pts 9 reb
Ilgauskas 16 pts 8 reb
Gibson 11 pts

So in every game he's had at least 2 teammates scoring in double figures. So how does he have less help than Kobe? Go sniff more glue, kill off the remaining 5 braincells.

Crunch99 yet again you prove to be an absolute MORON.

I never said Lebron had no help. YOU said Kobe had no help last year agains the Suns, so I had to prove you wrong with facts and stats. Of course Lebron has help. I said in my original comment in this thread "Lebron has the leadership and trust in his teammates to HELP him beat the Pistons". I acknowledged the fact Lebron HAS help and NEEDS help to beat the Pistons. Lebron is not a 1-man selfish ballhog like Kobe, he thrives on passing to wide-open teammates and that is why you constantly see Lebron with 7, 8, 9 assists a game. He loves his teammates, respects them, and needs them to help him.

Stop making up stuff that I said and learn to read before you speak next time. And again, remove Kobe's penis from your mouth before speaking.

You can say whatever you want about the Phoenix Suns..but plain and simple....they are an above average team of this era. They have never even played in an NBA Finals. If you want to be considered as THE greatest player of all time, you need to be able to beat teams that never win NBA titles.

Thats all the suns are. They have neevr won a title. They have neevr played in a title in this era. They are a consistent playoff team of this era. Its not like they are some dynasty. These Phoenix Suns teams will be long forgotten in NBA history a few years down the road. They have not won a title, they havent played a for a title. They will be long forgotten as a nice offensive team, and playoff team that was not championship caliber. They arent even close to being one of the greatest teams of all time. Not anywhere CLOSE.

by the way....

to criticize someone and call him Lebrick, and not even acknowledge that he's a great player, automatically disqualifies your opinion of anything having to do with the nba.

its obvious you are simply jealous that your idolized nba player might not only have some competition to be better than him, but may be easily better than him when its all said and done, and you cant handle that truth so you tear down lebron...retarded

pretty sad that you idolize another man that much

Love how this glue sniffer keeps disparaging the Suns, but the irony is LeBrick is 2-6 lifetime vs. the "trash" Suns. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

1. you are calling a great player Lebrick because u are jealous he may be better than Kobe
2. Lebron has never played the suns in postseason. who cares what his regular season record is.

Kobe has won zero playoff series since shaq left. Thats YOUR idol. Not mine. If I do choose to somehow idolize another full grown man the way you do, I'll set my sights a little higher than a rapist that cant make it out of the 1st round.
