Not sure if this is a tradition or not. In Green Bay the players have to go from their locker room to the practice bubble. I would say it's a quarter of a mile. So local kids show up at practice time with their bikes and they carry the player's helmet and the players ride along on the kid's bikes. Pretty cool imo.
