Let me guess, there will be outrage, then his criminal history and motive for not complying will come out, to which BLM types will say BLM and there will be more protests and knees taken, and the thousands of black on white crimes that occurred the same day this happened will go unmentioned.

definitely not enough to tell the full story, but enough for the media to make a story. Yes he had his hands up by why was he walking back to his vehicle? with guns drawn I can't imagine them saying anything else other than "get down on the ground"

Shoot for the legs!!!!!!!

I wish they could... blame the attys. Seriously... they can't shoot to wound.. BECAUSE, attys say well then u didn't fear for your life then?? That is the reason EVERY shooting a cop pulls the trigger 3-4 times... there was a famous law suit where the atty again proved by pulling trigger once... and not 3 times.. the cops weren't really afraid for their lives

Shoot for the legs!!!!!!!

I always love when that talking point comes out. When that 13 year old robber who had the BB gun was shot last week, there were a bunch of people saying the police should have just wounded him or, better yet, shot the gun out of his hands.

That's hilarious.

Why can't black people listen to lawful commands?

Ummm, am I the only one that saw him walking to his vehicle and trying to get "something" out of it? I don't think 3 or so cops who have their guns on you are telling you to go to your vehicle and get your proof of insurance out

Another suicide by cops...Cops are asking him to get on the ground, not walk back to his vehicle.
No amount of National Anthem protesting will stop this....

It's like in that scene from Liar Liar, Jim Carrey's secretary tells him one of his clients got arrested again.

He deserved it because he was a dumb ******.

Actually I dont believe that but that is the underlying message anytime the "fine" folks on this board discuss black people getting killed by police. Bunch of shletered babies in here.

This guy had a pretty serious criminal record, convicted felon, drug addict who may have been on pcp. He may have had his hands up but he walked away from the police and was getting something from his car. How do the police know whether he is reaching for a weapon. Follow orders and you don't get shot.

Did he deserve it is a legitimate question. No question he was dumb. Was he dumb because he willfully disobeyed cops with guns on him or was he dumb because he was driving around in a vehicle high on some weird shit powerful enough make him die by cop? You can't do either of those in a civilized society and not face consequences eventually.

He may have been high or scared or whatever.

However that didnt give the right for the officer to be judge, jury and executioner all in one.

It was 3 versus 1. If she cant handle that, she is not fit to be a cop.

Not everyone can mentally handle being a cop. Bad apples ( and imo she is definitely one) have to be removed

You know what the real problem is with this scenerio...
CONTEXT.....

Was he speeding?
Was he fleeing the scene of a crime?
Was he wanted in a murder?
Was it a stolen car?

I can't believe I am doing this, but I am actually being convinced and leaning to taking this guy's side...
As I understand it, he was just broken down on the side of the road? Right?
CONTEXT is really the only thing that matters here...

Although he should of listened!

He definitely should have listened.

But cops have to be a lot more careful. Using deadly force should be the LAST resort, not their go to optiion

The officer said that as he was waking towards his car and ignoring the commands " she was never more afraid for her life"??!??!?!

C'mon man!!!!

How about a desk job as a receptionist, Sweetie????
