That is correct; tons of people love Kos because of his "improved standup"...in my picks I wrote that I believe the wrong guy is favored now so I'm with you on Thiago

I think Kos takes this guy down and holds him there. Fitch had no problem doing it and Koscheck is the guy who helps Fitch improve his wrestling.

the line opened at 5 dimes alves -180 kos +150, this is typical for 5dimes opening lines. but you have to move on them quick because they get hit and move within 20-30 min.

sherk was -180/+145 at 5d before the big move.

burkman, leites, maynard, and franca lines all moved over 50 points as well.

i got 2u on kos at +140, and bet it back at alves +145, got a Bonus Play on kos for about 1.4u.

tried to do the same thing with sherk.griffin but completely misread the line as i thought it would go down and it has gone the other way.

This is a typical coin flip with an advantage for Alves because he only needs a solid punch or a knee to put Kos away while Kos has most likely to win this by decision getting takedowns and keeping the brazilian on the ground which would mean he has to last 15 minutes against a stand up beast like Alves .
What will you put your money on here ? That Kos doesn't get KOed in 15 mins and keeps taking Alves down or few solid landed punches of Alves to T/KO Koscheck ? I will skip this one .

Point is Koscheck has a way tougher road to the victory than Thiago Alves .
