I think -9.5 at home over Iowa State is a gift.

ISU is wretched & should lose this by 21+

How can you lay almost double digits with a team with virtually no offense and a bad defense? No thanks. Asking Colorado to win the game is probably hard enough, asking them to win by double digits? Probably not a good idea. Probably a game better left alone.

Not so fast, my friend.

Iowa State usually plays Colorado pretty tough. I live and die by the 'Noles, but my dad's a season ticket holder for ISU and I've followed them over the years and that seems to always hold true...

Beyond that though, ISU's offense is good enough to cover this spread against a crappy Colorado team that seems to be getting worse as the season goes on. Arnaud is still young, but I'd say he's improving. Relative to every other QB in the Big 12 he may not be a superstar, but the playcalling is very conservative in an attempt to keep ISU in games and maybe give them a chance to win it in the 4th quarter.

The run game is decent, and Arnaud is good enough with 7yd routes to keep the chains moving for a few possessions and score some touchdowns.

Probably won't play a side either way in this game, but I'm thinking that anyone taking Colorado -10 is not going to be covering (if at all) until the 4th quarter is halfway over. ISU is not a good team, but they haven't given up on the season either thanks to Chizik's leadership.

Seems to me there better games out there than laying 9.5/10 with a crappy Colorado team.

Just my two cents.

You have not been watching them. They are regressing, and have not done a thing since the first half of the KU game. Since then they have been outscored 216-82. In 4 1/2 games. 35 of those came against a bad A&M team on homecoming, and they still gave up 49. Their defense is giving up 43/game over that stretch.

This is also a revenge spot for CU. The Cyclones won 31-28, in Ames.

ISU +10 should cash.....

They might win straight up. You heard it here first. If they get pummeled, I was just kidding.
