hogans alley
some great players have won here
nick price, watson nicklaus , trevino and of course hogan
at 7000 + yard not a short course that i keep reaing about
had a chance to play here back when i was in college and have a vivid memory of very hard small greens and some tight driving areas with lots of shape to the holes
course has 7, 400 + par 4 and 4 very good par 3 one being around 250 yards long
cutting off edges of dog legs and being able to shape shots very valuable here by cutting off distance from card yardage.
that is one reason you see price, pavin, nicklaus ,wadkins, lehman, lietzke doing well here in the past
i look for a man that hits a ton of greens and his deadly accurate off tee to do well this year
jim furyk
has been on one hell of a roll all year
a staggering 6 top 10s in last 7 events
the only exception was here in charlotte and i had the chance to watch him for 9 holes. the cousrse here is not really suited to what he does best.
the players i am going against are very good also
but i fell furyk will get the job done

1.. furyk over toms -10 1 unit pinnacle
2. furyk over estes -38 1 unit pinnacle
also making two small plays on the sorenston props
3. over 75.5 first round -05 1/2 unit pinnacle
4. miss cut 1/4 unit -400 at pinnacle

WARNING : NOT GOOD BUSINESS TO LAY 400 ON ANYTHING

i promise if i were losing for the year you would not see this play but simply because i did a great deal of research on it i am willing to risk
1400/350 to see if i am right

good luck

Sea, I think that over 75.5 is in a little bit of trouble, we are going to need a triple and a couple of doubles in the next 12 holes.

thanks for that easy winner sea, took jim heads up against both. He is one of my fav golfers, as back in 1996 when the PGA came to louisville, he was the only decent autograph I got, he wasnt that good at that time though. Took Jim to win at 10-1, Cink at 30-1, Garcia at 40-1. Probably 3 losers, but last time I didnt pull the trigger Weir won and I missed out. My friend is obsessed with being Canadian and Weir is his favorite golfer, we should have done it!

She shoots another 71 tomorrow, we won't be seeing her on CBS Saturday. At least not on the Golf course. Still don't like the odds I layed but she still shouldn't make the cut. WEWILLSEE

In my view she needs to shoot a 69 tomorrow to MAYBE get in tied for last place at th cut.

I want to apologize for one thing though. How come this damn tournament only has about 114 players in it?? Most tournaments have about 140 players! That reeally sucks since she would in no way be in this position with a full field. Would have been nice to have had David Toms actually play, that would have been one other player who would have beaten her. Or why cant he withdraw BEFORE teeing off, then an alternate would have taken his place. In teh past year, 2 alternates actually finished in the top 5 for the whole tournament and one of them was the very last alternate taken

Is Estes hurt or something? I can't remember the last time I saw him with this many bogues.
Sea you ask me if I bet the cut, yes small at 8-3 odds after scalp so I am hoping she tanks.
