My bad dude, there is 100 different games and 200 different teams I didn't realize it. I thought it was a d1aa team since it was posted last night. Keep it up with the 2nd halves I always look for your plays.

Well, I hope you're fading the right 2nd half plays. My god. I don't post every bet but I have been doing great in the NFL and quite poor in NCAA.

I really do think Ohio State takes this game on Saturday. While they are not up to very recent Ohio State standards on defense, they are still quite good and will be by far and away the biggest test for Michigan State. Adding to this, I feel Ohio State's defense matches up pretty well with MSU's offense. I like Hoyer, I like Dell and I like Cunningham but I don't think they have the talent to consistently hurt Ohio State; anyone that's seen MSU this year has been impressed with Ringer but has also seen him handled for good portions of many games. I'm thinking OSU will be able to control the Spartan ground game better thank anyone else thus far and this will put more pressure on Hoyer and his WR corp.

I don't like MSU's defense. I'll give them credit. They have played tough. But I just don't like their talent level on the defensive side of the ball. Sure, Ohio State brings in a true freshman QB - a questionable passer at this stage, but a manchild when it comes to running the ball...and he's a (well paid) fierce competitor. When things break down he can really hurt a defense with his legs. OSU's offensive line should be able to carve some nice holes for Beanie Wells and that spells big trouble for MSU. If MSU were more stout up front on defense I'd be passing on this game but I like OSU's chances of simply handing off the ball to Beanie for many 1st and 2nd down "wins" which will set up the passing game for the frosh QB.

And keep in mind, Sparty just can't stand prosperity. MSU can certainly win this game but my money says they are not good enough of defense, even against a true freshman QB and they don't have the overall talent to match up with Ohio State.

IMHO .... Pryor hasn't shown me anything.... As a matter of fact they should put Boeckman back in the line up...

The kid doesn't pass the ball, He doesnt even pretend like he's goin to throw it before he runs..... the kid is so predictable...

I would not be surprised if Michigan St. wins Str8 up.... This Ohio State team w/ Pryor is AVERAGE. What happened to the high scoring Ohio State team?..

16 against Purdue?... w/ Pryor.... lmao

20-17 Victory against Wisconsin?..... Who they should "dominate"...

Pryor is clearly not the answer for Ohio State.... and he IS NO VINCE YOUNG, he may think he is. Ive seen Pryor get hit in the backfield so many times this season that Rich Rodriguez should be happy this kid is in Ohio State instead of Michigan...

Couldn't agree with you more. On OSU myself. Looks like we are in the minority on the boards this week. But a look at who they've played..

Mich St

California (4-1) L
Eastern Mich (2-5) W
Florida Atlantic (1-5) W
Notre Dame (4-2) W
Indiana (2-4) W
Iowa (4-3) W
Northwestern (5-1) W

Overall Opp. Record = (22-21)

Ohio St

Youngstown St (2-5) W
Ohio (2-5) W
USC (4-1) L
Troy (3-2) W
Minnesota (6-1) W
Wisconsin (3-3) W
Purdue (2-4) W

Overall Opp. Record = (22-21)

Wow, I think you are a little quick to judge a true freshman quarterback. Do you know how bad Vince Young was as a freshman or do you just remember him as a senior winning the title? Boeckman is horrible and would def. be playing if he didn't suck so bad. Also, OSU was never a high scoring team just so you know.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know OSU's record when they are under a TD favorite in conference games? Something tells me they may play well in this spot. Still taking the under in this one because with Pryor at QB this is will be a field position battle.

Boeckman got benched after what?... three games?...

He had a great statistical year last year.... I just think its stupid to pull him out so early for the Freshman....

OSU fans can kiss any chance of a bid for the national championship w/ Pryor.... IT AINT HAPPENIN'..

Only time will tell.... But I honestly believe PRYOR is not the answer for OSU...

Looks pretty high scoring to me...:lolBIG:

7 Games over 30 points.... w/ Boeckman...

(All for the sake of DISCUSSION.... this is not an attack.. btw.. lol.... I could give a damn about OSU... i just think they look bad with Pryor)

Just my 2 cents but Boeckman was a product of a weak schedual, good O-line and good running backs. As soon as he played a defense with speed he threw pick after pick and man he holds the ball forEVER!!

30 some points a game with that schedule I wouldn't call high scoring but I guess it depends what your definition is.

It's all good though 305, I like hearing other opinions and giving mine at the same time :toast:

You got me there.....

they do play a tougher schedule this year..... :toast:

And it's all good... Maybe Pryor turns it arond....

Just looks sloppy right now... like he's tryin to do too much, He has a lot of weapons to go to on the offense...He needs to start throwing the ball...
