I am going to try and organize a College Bowl Contest, what I would like to know is who would be interested. We would use one of the upper tier books here at the RX and make it a small post up contest.
Example
25 Players each post up $100 at a book with a 5X Rollover and you are given entry into the contest. The prize amounts would be determined by the Book. This would be a WIN WIN situation in that the book sponsoring the contest gets some post up and player action, and the players get into a contest with prize money while still having money (your $100) at the book to play with.
As far as the Contest goes, if there are 20 Bowl games then you would rank them from 1 to 20 with 20 being the strongest and 1 being the weakest and for every win you would get the point ranking you gave it.
i.e.
Rank 18 ... Oklahoma -8 vs USC Selection USC
If USC covers you get 18 points
If USC doesn't cover you get 0 points
and so on.
If you are interested in this format please sign in, with Bowl games just around the corner I would need to get this going quickly. I will contact a few of the books here to see who is interested and what amount they would be willing to sponsor towards the contest.
Thanks
