Portland will play D like always. So you guys on the over better hope portland scores a lot.

My prediction:

Portland 99
Clippers 85

Thanks for the advice Deke, I was thinking around 105-85. Think I will just stick to the -10.5.

GreenChris.....pretty hard to see Portland behind at any point in this game. 1st half play sounds good to me.

while capping the games earlier, i had a lean toward portland, but saw something that put me off the game. 8 hours ago and i don't remember, but i'd go minimum here either way.

Clippers on a back to back, but at home. I think the Clippers will compete down low with Camby and Thornton, although Portland has the better post game offensively, I think the big men are better defensively tonight than they are offensively. Gordon will struggle to score for the Clippers. Roy shouldn't have a problem scoring, and dishing to Rodriguez for 3's. Very hard to take the Clippers, but I think it will be low scoring so 10 is a lot to give up for the Blazers especially since the Clippers could have a back door cover pretty easily tonight.

i notice that the clips have been losing but they have been keeping it close. Since the games Camby has been out their largest loss was by 11pts to the Lakers. I think Oden goes crazy tonight, but I'm debating whether to take the blazers for the game or stick to 1st half.

Your right, Camby is out (I didn't know until now).

So I think that makes Portland solid tonight and I'm thinking 103-85 final score. Clippers will miss Camby's D a lot. Portland will dominate down low, and they have a much better perimeter game than LAC as well. But as we have said in the past for this injured Clippers line-up, 'How can they cover this spread?' But the Clippers have managed to hold their own despite having 4 of their top 5 players out (give or take). I still like Portland tonight now.

Also, without Camby's defensive presence, it is very possible that Portland can dominate down low and push this game over by themselves.
