Cleveland/Baltimore - Over 38.5 ?

Just had a look at this, can i get some thoughts?
Personally im liking this, Baltimore's offence has been on fire and maybe Cleveland can sneak 1 or 2 scores in. Maybe we see a 28 - 14 kind of game? What does everyone think on this? Just going off week 1 and 2 for both teams as some food for thought -

WEEK ONE.
Baltimore 38 - Kansas City 24. ( 62 Points )
Cleveland 20 - Minnesota 34. ( 54 Points )

WEEK TWO.
Baltimore 31 - San Diego 26. ( 57 Points )
Cleveland 6 - Denver 27. ( 33 Points )

Stopped raining here in Ellicott City (10 miles sw of the stadium). Weather will be a non factor. I also like the over today.

I can see the over as a solid wager.

If my Brownies have the slightest offensive spark, it will get there, and if they (unfortunately likely) are a sieve on defense, then it will get there.

Be careful - the Browns will be lucky to score 3 on offense today.

Baltimore D will need a score or two to push this one over the total - but that is very possible with a "pick 6" and/or Browns giving up short feilds.
