Perhaps the most damning thing of the day for the Irish happened in San Diego State coach Chuck Long's postgame news conference. He was asked who was better, Notre Dame or Cal Poly. "That's a tough question," Long said. "It's hard to say who's better."

Wow! If that San Diego St RB doesn't fumble at literally the inch line, can you imagine the uproar in South Bend this week!?!? I really don't think Notre Dame was coming back from a possible 19-7 or 21-7 deficit (I'm assuming they would have attempted a 2 point conversion).

Question: After the fumble it appeared the Notre Dame player who recovered it had recovered it at the 1 yard line with his knee down. How did that end up being a touchback!?!?!

was a touchdown, and then recoverd at the 1, 2 horrible calls in 1 play, nbc paid off the big east refs.

If Cal Poly had a kicker they would be dangerous
I'm glad that I can look in the mirror and say that I did not bet Notre Dame at all this year, I did fade them once with Pittsburgh, but had to come back down 17-3 and win in 4OT"s
I would send Charlie "Cheeseburger" Weis to the New Orleans Bowl and make him play the Sun Belt Champion instead of a
C-USA team playing them

The Cats are Back

Actually ND hasn't been that bad ATS this year going 6-5.

Now that Snyder is back we can look forward to another
Stoops-Snyder Big 12 Title game in a few years. So far it is 1-1. It should be a good one. Teacher vs. student Part 3.
