Schalke -1.5 -133 over Freiburg (Olympic)
While -1.5 may seem like a large handicap in soccer, Freiburg was beaten last week 6-0. Their situation is so bad that their coach offered his resignation but it was refused. He has been their coach since 1991. Schalke, on the other hand is tied for top spot in the Bundesliga with Bayern Munchen and are 3 points ahead of Stuttgart.

Schalke will want an easy victory here at home to keep their place in the tables so they will want to be ahead by more than one to prevent a late tie by Freiburg. Freiburg has lost by 2 goals or more in their last 8 of 9 matches. Freiburg has not scored in their last 3 matches.

I don't want anyone to think this pick is from chriscol. I was just putting his name in the title to bring his attention to the pick. I had responded to a pick he had against Freiburg (I believe it was last weekend) where I mentioned I would fade this bad team.

Sorry for any miscommunication.

Borussia Dortmund/Hansa Rostock under 2.5 -111 (Canbet)
One more pick from this league. Caution should be exercised since I am new to making picks from the Bundesliga 1.

Hansa Rostock have scored 5 goals in their last 11 matches which includes being shut out their last 4 at home. One point of concern is that they have given up 4 goals and 6 goals in matches earlier in the year.

On the other side of the ball, however, will be Borussia Dortmund who have scored 4 goals in their last 9 matches, including being shut out their last 4 road matches. Will this be a 0-0 draw?

Another bet on this match that may be interesting (just a lean) is Borussia pk and +0.5 +100 (Eurobet) as Hansa has lost 8 straight at home (not even a draw).

Nothing really caught my eye except the Arsenal/Chelsea match and I don't like to make picks on such important games. A lot of times teams play conservatively so it's hard to predict the outcome.

Results:
Freiburg 1, Schalke 1 (-1.00)
Wow! I can't believe it. Freiburg scores in the 86th minute to tie the score at 1-1.

Hansa Rostock 1, Borussia Dortmund 1 (+0.90)
I'm even kind of surprised both teams scored in the match but at least it went under.

Total net: -0.10
