I wanted to open this up early just because I am seeing this line move to 3 at most books and want to get the hook while I still can (I can always buy out or see to middle if I talk myself out of it, but I want in early).

Hey guys,

Yes I am fairly confident in Jimmy G from a handicapping persective. Would likely pass if they still had the other guy playing. I have watched virtually every snap he has ever played, including pre-season and I do like the kid a lot. I may have some NE bias, of course.

Now, with fantasy it depends on your options. I am in a 10-team league so I would not need to resort to an unknown. So it depends on your options. I would be hesitant, but it all depends on who else is on your roster, or on the waivers.

This Total is going up faster than I can keep track, as we discussed in another thread. The Contrarian Betting Strategy that Hache posts for us actually suggested UNDER at 44.5. So I was mulling UNDER before this huge spike. Once it hit 47 I had to bite. Will buy the hook at 5 Dimes for -118 since 47 is a fairly common number.

Divisional games like this I tend to go under plus Cowboys been struggling to score although you know how that goes, they could just go off for no good reason.

I think the sharp spike was partially the result of some sharp money, according to some vegas gossip I heard (no clue if it is true, but it would explain the huge spike). I missed most of the game, so I didn't see how close it was. But I wasn't expecting Dallas to get 38 that much I know. Even w/o the punt return (which may have been the difference) I did not think Dallas would put up that kind of offense.

Glad I talked myself out of taking WASH at least. I saw OMT was on it, and it was tempting.
