Obviously he has been terrible in NFL as coach and in making personell decisions.

I I wouldn't be surprised if the Eagles stink it up the rest of the year and Kelly gets canned.

Stadium in Philadelphia was none too pleased.

If if he gets canned...anyone have any thoughts of what college he could end up at?

As an Eagles fan, you're smoking crack. In his first year he take the Birds to the playoffs. Last year he missed the playoffs (by a game) but won 10 games. Had it not been for injury mid season to Nick Foles, he would have made the playoffs.
Now I'll give you this year which I don't understand giving up a Pro Bowl QB in Foles for an often injured Bradford. And swapping Shady McCoy for Murray + Kiko Alonzo. I'm upset because IMO, trade Foles and McCoy to Tennessee for the #2 pick (which was Marriotta). Does not take a rocket scientist to do that. Bradford has a quick release but I'm not sure he's a fit for what Chip wants to do.

your definition of terrible is different then mine... a couple of 10-6 seasons doesn't spell terrible for me

He hasn't been terrible but he's not real popular right now. And to answer your question I would love to have him at South Carolina if Spurrier decides to walk away.

I can't see Kelly going to a southern school. Look at his coaching history. The furthest south he has coached is Baltimore.

Agree w/ this. That's like saying that Pete Carroll is done at Seattle because they started 0-2.

Agreed. I will say that I am amazed at the number of 0-2 teams this year that were playoff or playoff level in the recent past (Philly, Seattle, B'more, Detroit, New Orleans)

I don't really consider him him terrible, but if it comes to that, I would openly welcome him here at South Carolina.

I was joking.....
I know. It's Monday and my Eagles lost yesterday to the Cowgirls. Living here in Dallas, that kinda stinks. I'm going to blow off my morning and try to play some golf.

Ravens, Lions, and Saints are on a down cycle for now...

I expect him to be back in college in a few years. He would be lethal at a school that gets any player like Texas or USC.

it would be fun to see him at the U

Lets not forget he also cut two proven guards and never bothered to adequatley replace either one of them. The gaurds this season are being completley bullied and dominated on nearly every down. Demarco Murray is getting tackled as soon as the ball is handed off to him. Chip let Mathis walk bc he didn't want to pay him.... but instead he happily threw $64M at Byron Maxwell who I may add, has been getting completley smoked in 2 games! That last touchdown he gave up against Dallas was on a simple slant patter and he didn't even come near to touching the reciever!

Those teams from other years were all Andy Ried guys. This year it's truly Chip's team and his guys. 2 10 win seasons don't mean shitt w/ 0 playoff wins. I'm an Eagles fan and I'll say it.. In 2 years time he'll be back in College. This guy does not belong in the NFL

Would agree with that. It's making their pro bowl tackle Peters look bad. That or maybe he feels like he's the next to go. With respect to Maxwell, he was a product of the Seattle front 7 pressure. 'Hawks did not miss a beat losing him. IMO. Great point.
