Not buying on the patriots as I feel they loose this game straight up. Going with a team that hasn't lost in months momentum is the key ohh unless the refs decide to play the gambling God and that is what the nfl is about.

What scares me off KC is that NE has their key offensive weapons back. Scared to shit of Brady when its playoffs. They have that 'dont give a fu*k attitude.

the Pats will not look like nor game plan like the team you've seen down the stretch

lost in all the talk about injuries is the fact that their defense will be close to 100%, that's bigger than Vollmer & Edelman

Brady and BB are a combined 9-2 in the divisional round of playoffs, an insane stat. KC is 27th in the league in yards. Their offense is pedestrian but they score points because they are ball hawks. Problem is, NE doesn't turn the ball over much. They fumble less than anyone and Brady only had 8 picks or so.

The only injured Patriot right now is Nate Ebner. I think NE wins comfortably.

The biggest issue I see with the Chiefs here is who is going to replace Maclin's production. 90 receptions, over 1100 yards, and is there main deep threat in the passing game. Wilson and Conley only combined for 52 catches. Pats are going to key in on Kelce big time as he seems to be the only real threat offensively. Chiefs will probably use West and Davis on screens and wheel routes. I think the Chiefs D will limit the Pats offensively but I just have a hard time seeing how the Chiefs are going to stretch the field without Maclin. Just think it's such an enormous loss to the KC offense. KC probably needs to score at least 20 to win. Not sure they can do that without Maclin. Pats D is underrated.

Maclin will play imo. Prolly won't practice until Friday.

I was hoping kc matched up with new england. Kc will give them all they can handle in all 3 phases of the game.

Maclin is questionable but I have never seen a high sprain heal well in two weeks. The closest I can think of is Gronk in the AFCCG in 2011 and he came back two weeks later in the SB. But he was used as a decoy. I don't blame anyone for liking KC -- they have won 11 in a row and the Pats have some obvious vulnerabilities, especially on the O-line. I just think the value isn't there -- With Edelmen, Amendola and Gronk all active the Pats are 12-0. If all three didn't miss games they would likely have finished, say 4-2 instead of 2-4 and this like would be 6.5 or 7. That is why I like the value for NE - because they have looked bad recently I think people forget how good they are when they have their weapons back.

KC wins outright imo. This defense can match up with Gronk, kind of. Edelman will be a problem but hard to come back and hit on all cylinders in game play after being out for multiple weeks. Pats run game took a hit with Blount imo, trying to tackle him wears you down. Pats are good at taking away your favorite thing to do.... What is KC's favorite thing to do? I don't know. But they move the chains.

I could be wrong but I did hear that weather will be a factor with heavy rain as a storm approaches the east. I'm not a weather man but just throwing out my 2 cents.

Rain snow mix last I heard. I have New England to win big. if the game is close at half time I might dump money on KC.

Betting against Brady with a decently healthy team has been gambling suicide in the past. I'm grabbing my overly large sack and taking NE on the ML. Not even scared one extra heartbeat per minute. Period.

From the sports insights blog on this weekends game...Another factor to monitor will be the success of Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. The four-time Super Bowl champion is regarded as one of the best players of all-time; however, he has gone just 11-15 ATS in the playoffs over the past twelve seasons.

chiefs are the play not just bawed on this comment .

This is asking quite a bit for the Chiefs to win at New England. Imo Brady wins this game.

All week I was thinking Chiefs find a way to stay close , maybe even win.
Now I'm thinking the Pats are gonna take away something like they always do. BB will focus on your best weapon or best play and find a way to make you beat him without it because the Pats eliminate that aspect of your offense. With Maclin already banged no other player really warrants that kind of respect. I think the Pats will be focused to stop the KC ground game . what do u have after that....not much really. Add to that , lots of injuries piling up for the Chiefs on both sides of the ball . For the Chiefs to stay within the # in this game it's gonna be really tough , they will need a tremendous effort from the Defense , and another stellar Special Teams performance . Both of which I'm really doubting now.
As mentioned above by Chonce , the Pats are getting healthy .
its really hard to discount a healthy Pats squad.

Since the Pats will trot Ryan, butler,Chung and mccourty out there in the secondary , and feeney, Hightower,Collins and nincovich at LB , and Shaerd jones and brown or hicks on the line.... Healthy means vEry few points for the chefs. They will lock down the TE

the he pats will gave Edelman amen doula and Gronk ready to go and if the chefs think they can play that loosey goosey coverage, they are dreaming. Plus we can race leffel and Johnson deep early and often and tire someone out enough to hit a bomb or 2

alex smith does not stop TB12 from getting ring 5. The Patriots will win this game in a romp. No prisoners. Do not get sucked in on the chefs .
Ps I have a c note on the chefs to win the super bowl at 35-1 that I made on dec 1. So this is not some homer bullshit.

This game reminds me a lot of IND @ NE last year, I think NE will blow out KC. NE won't turn it over, and KC won't be able to move it @ NE's underrated defense. I think Pats win something like 31-10. GL to all regardless.

I think Edelman/Amendola will have absolutely no issue getting open on their short routes against the big, less agile (yet great) KC CBs.
