I know I'm new here but Ill show you soon I can pick my games. Heres what I like for tonight(Ill be rating my picks from a 1-10 unit scale):

Hawks + 11.5 for 4 Units (upset special)
Cleveland -4 First Q for 3 Units
Denver -6.5 for 3 units

Hawks: Love the Hawks catching some serious points here. They are in stride, I know they scrubbed it in Miami but the Cavs are not going to be on point tonight. I expect the Hawks to be a little shell shocked early but find themselves later in the game and you WILL see them compete down the stretch. The Cavs are laying more points than they did against Detroit, your telling me Atlanta who is muchhh better than them should be getting more points? Come on, somethings fishy, dont fall for this Vegas trap. No wayATL gets crushed by more than 10, they come to play tonight. Cavs will struggle downlow with the athleticsm of Horford, Williams and Smith while you can count Joe Johnson for 20+. CLE wil be up big at one point, but Hawks find a way to get back and get inside the number.

Cleveland: Best first quarter team in the NBA, they will come out firing early and have the crowd behind them. I like them to be up after the first quarter by 6-7 points, and then tail off the rest of the game and fail to build on that number. Once Atlanta gets comfortable, this will be a competitive game, but not right from the start.

Denver: Not as confident as last game as Dallas will obviously not turn the ball over, but come on look at them this post season. They destroyed a pretty good Hornets team and made the Mavs look stupid in game one. They are firing on all cylinders at the right time here, count em for a 10 point win. Dont forget that they won by 15 last game, and Billups and Melo weren't even factors. Expect them to get back on track in this blowout.

Finish off 1-1-1, down 1 dime. Atlanta obviously was no upset special as they made it interesting but got blown out in the end. Cleveland first quarter bet was on track but they couldnt manage to get ahead by more than 4. Denver covers easily and look like they actually can be serious contenders with LA.

Cavs have that something special that Miami had when they ran through the playoffs. Hawks interesting young team but no match for uber-motivated Cleveland team with Lebron on a mission. Not enough scoring options for Atlanta to offset serious cavs Offense. Also, fact emotionally draining series with a one-manned Miami squad has taken a toll and game 2 to have eerrily similiar outcome to game 1.
I know it's not hard to ride praise on the best team in the east but this series is a mismatch and Cavs are a very healthy team at this point and that's what rides to a championship....

ya I hear you guys, I just thought it was a sucker bet and im honestly surprised Vegas got cleaned out so badly today. I bet on CLE all 4 games last week and won (same with Denver, 6-0 with them now) and was just a little gunshy on this one.

And yea, I saw the Cavs getting out to a good lead after one, and even at the half but thought Atlanta would hang tough and stay in the 8-12 pt range going late into the game and the Cavs would fade a little bit. Atlanta did just look pysically tired at the end of the game, wonder what the line on game two will be. 13? 14?

probably same area 11.5 or 12 not seeing too much variation in the game 1 and 2 lines throughout the early games.
