UCF should have one of the top offenses in the Big 12 with seven starters back from a unit that averaged 31.3 PPG and the addition of former Arkansas QB KJ Jefferson. I follow FCS closely and it's hard to imagine a scenario where New Hampshire stops the Knights' offense. The Wildcats ranked 102 in total defense at the FCS level last year. UNH also lost two of the best players in program history with QB Max Brosmer transferring to Minnesota and RB Dylan Laube off to the NFL. The Wildcats will likely start former D-II QB Seth Morgan in the opener. I don't normally lay 37.5 but this line should be north of 40. I like UCF to cover the big number at home.

I'm curious why you're on A&M. I'm staying away from betting them until I see what Elko's team looks like - I know he's a solid coach, they're going to have a good defense, but I just get leery about riding a new coach this early in season 1. Thanks for your inputs - always enjoy following you!
