LaRUSTON - Defending against the Hawaii Warriors offense is a tough enough challenge for any healthy defense. Louisiana Tech will face that obstacle minus a number of key defensive starters when the Bulldogs host homecoming Saturday at Joe Aillet Stadium at 2 p.m.

Tech won the so-called war via a 38-35 win over UTEP last Saturday night, but health-wise, lost the battle as defensive end Jemelle Cage, linebacker Jeremy Hamilton and safety Lee Johnson all suffered injuries that will keep them off the field against Hawaii.

Tech Injuries Concern?

winky:

I really like Temple here. I think the reason Miami has not covered the spread at home is because they let up against weak teams before a big game and those games have just happened to be at home.

Miaim didn't cover against ECU the week before playing BC. Miami didn't cover against WVU the week before Fla. St. They won't cover against Temple because next week they play at Va. Tech.

Good luck and thanks for bringing this up.

in all fairness to miami - they have a BYE next week - and play Tech 11/1.

Thanks winky. I was just looking at the next team on their schedule when I should have also looked at the date.
