Does anyone here follow them? Is the QB healthy again? I know he played last week. If he is healthy he should be able to pick a part this Central Mich defense.

I follow them, and I can tell you that they have packed it in for the season. Also, their best RB will be out for this game. Save your money and play some other game.

Running back being out means little to UCF. They will always run very little with Schneider at the helm. Wilcox will rush just enough to show some attempt to try and run the ball. UCF's defense is the only thing that scares me, but I think they come out aggressive as pass all over CM. I think UCF shows up for this homecoming game and then mails it in after a blowout loss at WVU the following week.

Heard the coaches show yesterday and he sounded down and out. Last week was a big loss but with the Homecoming game, Miami and Marshall here, they can still make some noise. Should get some local information later this afternoon.

I got CMich winning by 3, but I hate playing teams I dont know.

UCF just stinks allowing around 33 points on defense. CM stinks allowing around 34 points on defense. Teams are statistically even. Probably stay away.

The Central Mich starting QB is out I think, the defense gives up over 500 yards a game. Schneider is a very good QB, If they don't turn the ball over(-17 this year), this game is not even close.

Schneider is healthy - UCF should win this game easily.

C Michigan's QB is out... I jumped all over Toledo last week -- they racked up 650 yards of offense against this very small defense.

QB Ryan Schneider is already in the NCAA record books for career touchdown passes. The senior is second among active players in the NCAA:

NCAA Active TD Pass Leaders
1. Luke McCown, La. Tech 80
2. Ryan Schneider, UCF 79
2. Philip Rivers, NC State 79

He should own all of Culpepper's UCF records by seasons end.

Also, with UCF now being mentioned as a top candidate for a Conference USA invitation (and perhaps eventually Big East), there should be plenty of motivation to win BIG.

"The Big East is interested in South Florida as a full member, as well as Central Florida as a football-only member," Ivan Maisel wrote for ESPN.com.

UCF is 8-0 in homecoming games winning by an average of 28 pts.

C Michigan is 6-16 as an away dog.

Schneider has progressed nicely this week in practice. the shoulder does not appear to be bothering him near as much as last week. With it be Homecoming (Won 8 in a row and 9 of 10 SU)I expect the Golden Knights to come out strong. The absolutely have to have this game and they should get it. They will need to have early success and no turnovers in the first quarter. If they do that, they will roll. Otherwise their confidence is so fragile that any mistakes will bury them.

C. Michigan may be playing their third string Qb and is expected to run the ball quite a bit.

This is a team that was supposed to compete for the MAC title. This is a game they will win. Quite frankly, it is not inconceivable that they run the table against C. Mich, West Va, Miami and Marshall.

They bouce back big here.

Mosi - you're right. This year UCF has lost many games early, getting outscored 72-12 in the 1st quarter. I would guess 90% of their turnovers occur early as well.

Haynes (RB) is questionable, but that should have little impact on their overall production, especially when Schneider is completing 69.3% of his passes.

I think this is their last/best chance to kick ass on a weak opponent... it may even be their last/best chance to cover this season. After C Michigan, the shoe of the Ass Kicker will probably not be on UCF's foot.

... hard to believe UCF was a preseason fav to win the MAC.
