1 Unit: 1-4
2 Unit: 0-0
3 Unit 0-0
4 Unit 0-0
5 Unit 0-0

Im with the forum tonight and feel there is such an overreaction to how well these two defenses play that the real value is on the Over by about 3-4 points.

Before I get into my weekend writeups Id like to comment on Thursday nights game.
I watched every snap of that game and my opinion of both teams is exactly what I thought of them before they played. Nothing has changed. KC could have easily won that game on several occasions. They had some real unlucky, untimely fumbles. Manning is going to struggle this year and their going to rely on their defense a lot this year. Keep a close eye on their injuries moving forward as I fell this Denver team will crumble in the second half of the season.

Im really liking my plays for Sunday. Writeups to come sometime in next 24 hours.

This weeks winners;

1 Unit- Chicago +2
This play was downgraded from a 2 Unit to a 1 Unit play by me this morning. I still like the Bears a lot today just not as much without AJ. I love betting against short road favs after a big home win. This game fits perfectly into the spot where Chicago gets Arizona at a great time. Lets not be fooled by the Bears loss last week, they gained 190 yards on the ground, led at the half, was 8-10 on 3rd Downs, and Cutler had more yards than Rodgers. Cards have a big div. game back home next week so there could be a slight look ahead angel here. The Cards are also without their feature back this week in Ellington. All in all, my gut says the Bears big time and the stats and angles are there to back it up. Wait on this play until the last minute as the Alshon Jefferies news will most likely push this line in the Bears favor.

2 Units- Wash +3
This is my overreaction game of the week. STL played their Super Bowl last week against the Seahawks and they sure acted like it on the field after the game. Many angles to support my love for this play. Same as above, with a short road fav after a big home win. Last week Washington out gained Miami in yards and time of possession. They lost the game in the 4th quarter on a punt return as their offensive sputtered. Alfred Morris rushed for 5 yards a carry and they totaled for a 161 yards on the ground. Washington can move the ball. I put Nick Foles and Cousins as dead even in skill set. No DeSean Jackson for Washington is the only thing preventing me from making this a 3 or 4 unit play.

3 Units- Phili -5
This is my play of the week. Phili looked real slow in the first half of the game last week as they worked out their game 1 and MNF jitters. Once they got rolling though they looked unstoppable. I love the fact that DeMarco Murray gives an extra effort here against his old team. Murray and Bryant totaled up almost 200 yards last year @ Phili. Where are those yards going to come from now? Im expecting Dallas to play to their strengths and to run the ball extra to keep that Phili Offense off the field. This won't last as Phili pulls away.

Other game notes:
Tenn vs. Cleve. Slight lean with Tenn here as any chance you get to bet against Manzel is a gift. Love this Tenn defense and I think its what makes the difference today in a low scoring battle. Maybe a good Under 41.5 play?
Minn vs. Det: Bridewater had 3 int's last year in this spot and Suh had a big game. Expect a repeater? Don't think so. Still like this Minn team. Not enough to make a play though, still need to see more from both teams.
NO vs. TB: NO shouldn't be laying 10 pts to anyone... Wish this was week 4 and we've had a chance to see some more of what TB really is..
Pitt vs. SF: My gut tells me Pitt is in for a big game here but theres something about SF's ability to control the clock with the run and Kaps ability to extend plays which will limit Pitt's offensives plays that has me nervous. Although this is a classic overreaction spot for both teams even though the line doesn't reflect it. Thats why Im staying away.
