Adding:

Drake +17 - Wichita State hasn't beaten a team by more than 17 in a true road game all season. And, Drake hasn't lost a homegame by more than 17 points all season. I feel way too many points given by Wichita St.

NC State pk - Syracuse hasn't won on the road this year. I don't see them starting tonight.

Providence +10 - Too many points in this game. I like the home team to keep it close.

Northern Iowa +4 FH - Both teams playing well in conference. N. Iowa has a better SOS. If N. Iowa has a chance to win this, they need a good first half of ball. I like them for the game also but, feel that the better bet is first half.

Tulsa +10.5 - Both teams playing well and Tulsa has the advantage in SOS. Too many points.

Yeah Fultz is debuting for NBA and he had off game last game. Expecting big things. This game actually falls under my preponderance of evidence theory. When you look at a game far and wide, see the line looks off, yet still can't find a taker on the dog. Get your cash where no one else is.

I agree with your situational capping. Short home dogs where the public loves the fav is usually money. I also feel that home court/field advantage is best in college hoops. Especially in conference play.
