There's a show on MTV called Catfish. Essentially it has 2 dudes following up on internet relationships where people claim to be someone they really aren't....all to fool other people online. I have seen it once but the kids in the cubicles at work talk about it all the time. Guys pretend to be girls, heifer chicks pretend to be swimsuit models, etc. These two dudes on the show track down the people and expose them.

The point of the show scratches the surface of deception on the net. It us usually the loudest and combative people that have the most to hide. I find it funny that some on this site seem to really get off on bragging about how great their lives are. I also find it funny how so many people take comments here as gospel when in fact I would bet that over half, if not more of the people on here are mostly full of shit.

There is a ton of entertainment value here and there is nothing really wrong with people living in a fantasy world. I have no dog in these fights but some of the claims made in this room are just too unrealistic to be true. Offering wagers with a 3rd party intermediary holding the funds are worthless, someone who embellishes their real life would surely fabricate documentation.

Not trying to piss anyone off or single any one or two individuals. It is just an observation, nothing more, nothing less.

I don't know man, I think most of these guys are as dumb and pathetic in real life as they act online. Unless we are being catfished by a bunch of professional comedians.

3rd party bets are very easy and happen at this site often. You can always tell who is who when money gets put on the line. If it's any significant money.....the scared ones run for the hills.

I don't think we'll be able to get Nev and Max to track posters as they're busy guys in real life. The best we can do with exposing Catfish is rely on our resident expert Zit. He hooked The Big One.

Yeah Mountain I understand. The bragging is ridiculous in here.
Yeah but I was talking about the real person on the other end of those emails. Which I'm guessing was surrounded by purple lilacs.

What is so funny about this idiotic post is that you actually took the time to dummy up a W2 and post it here.

Not only that, but you also have been all bum hurt by the names people, whom you do not know and have never met, have called you on this site. So much so, that you've written pathetic posts saying you are leaving. Only to come back because you have no life.

Finally, your life is so shitty that you actually had to go on the Internet and ask strangers for advice in losing weight because the people you knew in real life made fun of you for being fat. You have zero self awareness.

Are you somehow suggesting that a "self made millionaire" wouldn't spend 15 hours a day on this site bragging to strangers about how rich he is and how great his life is?

Further, are you somehow suggesting that someone who turned $1 million dollars into $2 million dollars with financial transactions he isn't going to get into, would be concerned with eating the cost of some Phillies tickets he can't sell on Stubhub?

I know multi millionaires who leave 5 percent tips and use coupons at the grocery store. Clearly you don't know people with money or tickets.

"Concerned " or "worried" about it. Lmao. You need to get out of your parents house and see how the world operates.

I think it's absolutely hilarious how he thinks rich people don't care about money and would just let tickets go to waste. He's obviously not wealthy himself nor has he ever hung around wealth. Apparently he thinks everyone with money acts like the dudes from Entourage.

Lol. He really is stupid. And yeah, he doesn't know anyone with money or season tickets....wealthy people who have season tickets to anything put them on the secondary market. He is a house bound loser

Not agreeing or disagreeing with the content of the post but I have to admit that this picture made me laugh pretty damn hard
I responded because you've made similar unfounded accusations against me a week or so ago. As I always say.....once it's time to put cash up....real cash....some of us step up and others run.

Dave007 has a ton of dude pics. Creepy.

I'm just glad he finally realized his child pics were creepy. But the good thing about Dave is he ain't catfishing anyone. That's a cliven bundy ass douche bag through and through. I have no doubt he is who he is in person as he is online... a super creeper who sketches people out.

You responded and I didn't pursue it any further. It sounds like a sensitive subject so I won't bring it up again.

Billy Shakespeare's Hamlet is known for a famous line and it refers to someone protesting too much. I take everything in here, with the exception of several really good handicappers, with a grain of salt. A body would be foolish to believe everything in here but it is truly none of my business and I prefer to keep it that way. That doesn't mean that I can't stir the entertainment pot every so often
