JJ Gold, do you remember what happened in 97? Didn't do dick to the offshore industry. Cohen couldn't keep his mouth shut and he is paying the price. Everyone else played nice with uncle and got off.

I hope you don't cause a run on the banks with your huge watch pocket bankroll. What do you post up? One dime, two at most?

Go back to the shit house where you belong.

"Transmission of wagering information"

This sentence in the press release next to the wire fraud and money laundering charges is interesting. What type of information is that? Is it profit and loss statements or the ordering of over head payments or is it actual gambling information regarding their lines. If it's gambling imformation then how is that any different from Don Best transmitting information from multiple off shore offices from around the world and doing it from a Las Vegas location? Is the wire act only for submission of wagers or acceptance of wagers rather than line and injury and scoring information?

jj is correct about the govt after 9-11

they have a crazy idea about terrorist and money laundrying to the sportsbook. there is complete no connection.

however there are some in congress that believe this and like jj i believe the bill we pass.

when they probe the carib case they will find all the loopholes( us checks using us banks)and stop western union, creditcards, bankdirecttransfers, and force canada to stop netteller. all in the name of fighting terrorism. nuts

no i am not a jj scout

and he never gave me any aces

U.S. vs REEDER

violation of the wire act by making interstate calls to a sports information service that provided a recorded message with game scores

Those guys at carib will be nailed. I know for sure they were doing their accounting in the U.S.

How stupider can you get.

I do not understand why the risk needed to be taken. With those kind of assets; homes, cars, & good living awaited them outside of the US. To late to preach. Hope others learn from this and I wish these gentlemen the best.

IMO....alot of offshore books can end up in the same or similiar situations as carib...

doesnt matter where you want to keep your money either....U.S. or offshore

those papers called forfeiture documents ( you can thank dope dealers for that) that the feds use anytime they want to confiscate valuables.....is heavy stuff

feds and bookmakers go together like oil and water....

JJ you are a joke my friend. You have more shit then any poster I have ever met. If you have no solid facts to contribute why don't you just lay off. No one knows how this will all play out offshore so why don't you just relax and stop making people tight with your bullshit posts.

The head guy at CRIS got busted and they are still alive and going strong. Same thing will happen to CARIB but I wouldn't put too much cash there.
