And include him with the rest of the USC bums in the pros. Has Palmer won a single playoff game?

No. He's still easily a top 5 QB. The guy has so much talent it's absolutely ridiculous. Peyton Manning couldn't make that Bengals team look good. People need to stop overreacting to ONE week of football.

Please tell me you are a USC alum. Cause if you are not I really cant believe you said this. Carson Palmer is the most overrated QB of our generation. He has had one good year in his career. This puts him at top 5.

Manning
Brady
McNabb
Big Ben
Brett Farve
Tony Romo
Manning
Drew Brees

Are all better than Palmer. And make the bengals team look better. He has had two pro bowl receivers his whole career. For real I dont see why Palmer gets a pass when its time to blame stuff wrong with the bengals. Its always marvin lewis, or the defense or chad johnson but not that sorry excuse for a QB.

Hasselbeck is far better than Palmer and has the resume to prove it. Jay Cutler will QUICKLY be better than Palmer. Kurt Warner is obviously on the decline but has done far more than Palmer. Jake Delhomme has taken his team to a SB

the problem with quarterbacks in the league right now is that the 2nd tier is so deep (... or at least jumbled). its brady/manning ... and then a precipitous drop, even to romo. the 2nd tier has about 5-7 quarterbacks that you can make arguments for/against. imo, hes 4th best in the league. could someone else say he's 8th or 9th best? yeah. i wouldnt buy it, but it would be a legit argument. hes a very good quarterback though. without question the prototype as well.

The bengals have some of the best WRs in the league. I dont wanna hear its the coaching or this or that. Palmer has to show up and get these guys the ball. Imagine if he had the wideouts Mcnabb has in philly. i mean that guy is playing with D2 college players at best and is winning. And im not a mcnabb fan i hate his guts, but imagine chad johnson and housh in philly. i mean cmon.

They're still scrapin him off my stucco.

It's not all Palmer's fault. He is in one of the worst organizations in football. If he can ever escape out of there, things will be different.

His #1 receiver cares more about his name than he does about the game.
