Just like the line listing I showed for the Pistons/Pacers where the Pacers were +350 to win the series, but someone lacking common sense could bet the Pacers to win the series 4 games to 3 at +275. I wouldn't be surprised if this existed many times because the other side of the ML is going to be fairly shorter odds so no scalping will be possible on it.
