Neteller misled shareholders into thinking that their business was so much more than gambling. That will probably be brought up in shareholder lawsuits in which Neteller will be hammered.
As far as the recent events are letting us see... No, US customers are not authorized to to member to member transfers, only to merchants, not gambling merchants...
The list is blank! I don't think any non-gambling companies accept neteller. I asked Neteller about a list and they wouldn't provide one citing privacy issues. Hilarious!
