Compare the terms of Governator Ahnuld and Gov Jerry Brown and tell me leadership don't matter. Brown inherited a $27 Billion budget deficit from Ahnuld's idiotic policies and left with a $29 Billion SURPLUS. It would be as idiotic as saying Obama's leadership didn't matter after Bush sank the economy after starting 2 Trillion dollar wars.

Seriously, why does anyone get upset with these Stay At Home orders. Officer stops you driving. Where are you going. I'm going to Von's Supermarket. And where is it located.
