Everyone on this board is gonna be on TCU thinking they are making the "sharp" play. Only tough game is vs Utah last game of season.

I actually like Utah to run the table more so than BYU. Byu still has TCU, Air Force, and Utah on the road. I'd be surprised if BYU survives all three. The Holy War should be a great game this year.

I don't think so. They are a very good team, but they have a few tough games left. Utah probably has the best shot to go undefeated this year. BYU might lose to TCU and Utah this year.

people taking tcu arent "thinking" they are making the sharp play, they are making the sharp play...byu at that price is garnering a ridicolous amt of public action and will do so all the way up to the kick. books will make a killing off all the sucker money on byu thursday night. :103631605

BYU's toughest game YTD has been New Mexico.
Check out what their 6-0 record >>

Northern Iowa 4-2
@ Washington 0-5
UCLA 2-4
Wyoming 2-5
@ Utah St 1-5
New Mexico 3-4 BYU wins 21-3 @ HOME
Combined 12-25 [.324]

Compare to TCU >>

@ New Mexico 3-4 TCU wins 26-3 @ NM
SF Austin 3-3
Stanford 4-3
@ SMU 1-6
@ Oklahoma 5-1
San Diego St. 1-5
@ Colorado St. 3-3

BYU is a fraud and will be exposed this week.

I was originally on TCU in this game..But the more I look at it the more I like BYU..TCU's big weakness is their pass defense..And BYU has had their number the last couple of years because TCU stops the run but can't stop the pass..OU was able to score pretty easy on them when they went over the top. Don't get me wrong. I think TCU can win this game..But I think their defnese will have to cause turnovers and make short fields for their offense. Otherwise TCU really doesn't have any standout playmakers on their offense..And they'll probably need somebody to step up in this game, or else hope for a few breaks..Kind of a tough game to cap..I'll probably end up leaving it alone. But if the line comes down to a pickem I would probably have to go with BYU.

Very close game here. TCU takes it. Any time the line is at around +/-3, the home team usually wins. Being at home makes a big difference in a big game like this.:103631605

Byu

I like teams that can score. You have to score to win a game:machinegushoot em up. Shood be passing the ball if other teams weakness is the pass. I once knew a coach who passed the ball every play in the first half. when asked why did he pass every play in the first half he replied because they could not stop it why run

Question

Does anyone think if an undefeated mountain west team or a wac team runs the table. they still could be left out a BCS game?

If BYU, Utah or Boise St run the table there is no way they don't get into a BCS bowl. They're almost ranked high enough already. I can't see any of them getting into the title game though, not after the embarrassment of Hawaii last year.

if everybody has 1 loss, and air force keeps winning, and then utah and byu meet undefeated at the end of the year, it's possible the winner can play for the title.

espn showed a sneak peek at the bcs ratings and utah was #10, ahead of byu.

the only way we get a real college football playoff is to have non-bcs team (byu, boise, utah) spoil the party for the big conferences. i hope the voters keep that in mind and vote whomever is undefeated #1 or #2.
