1.5* Bulls -5 (-105)(Heroes) @ over the Wizards.

Look for the Bulls to 'rebound' over the Wizards tonight after a loss to the Nets off a back-to-back win over the Magic the night before that loss. Believe the new addition of Miller, Salmons, and Thomas have and will continue to make strides of not only beating cellar dwellers like the Wizards, but will also allow them to take at the very least the 8th playoff spot in the east. One thing they won't have to worry about is PG James/Crittenton having a 42 point Harris (Nets) like performance like what happened in their last game. Fundamental match-ups favor Bulls 1 thru 5, situational of Bulls still sitting in the 9th spot in the east (1gm behind the Bucks) & coming off a loss also favors the Bulls, and the spread -5 is quite a bit low, believing this game will be won by the Bulls by 10 or more...

Other plays:
1.0* 76ers +3 over the Knicks; Knicks not getting enough production from the 1 and especially the 3's to beat a well balanced Sixers team.
1.0* T'Wolves +6 over the T'Blazers; Too many points for a home T'Wolves team that continues to play hard regardless of all their current issues. The T'Blazers Blake and Przybilla struggling.

Got to get back to the practice range here at Reflection Bay and get these old muscles warmed-up. The course is in beautiful condition...

Quick Release:
Heat +5 (-101)(Heroes) over the Hawks; Smith & Bibby returning to the starting lineup tonight and I'm not convinced that, that may be a good thing for the Hawks. Heat getting deep and balanced production, and always like the security blanket of having a 'go to guy' like Wade down the stretch. Heat have also had two fulls days to rest and prepare, while the Hawks are returning home from a deflating loss to the Nuggets on Wednesday that saw many players in heavy minutes (Energy Angle; favors the Heat)...

Call me crazy... Have a sneeky feeling the Pacers will stay inside 12 of the World Champs tonight. I believe the team you seen in Los Angeles is what the champs are without Garnett... A team that will have a tough time distancing themselves, even against bottom tier teams like the Clippers and Pacers... Pacers have seemed to solidify their lineup having replaced Granger with a very productive Jack... Look Ford, Jack, Daniels, and Rush to push the pace all night in attempts to not only get easy baskets but wear down the weary old legs of Allen & Pierce, while leaving fatties Davis & Perkins on the other side of the court... Game just could be a lot closer than the Celtics are expecting (anticipating), believe they will be caught a little of guard with the fight of this Pacers squad that is still playing hard... Call this a gut feeling play...
1.0* Pacers +12 over the Celtics.

Just a side note for golfers; out here at Reflection Bay testing clubs today and the 09'Mizuno MX-100 irons are awesome! The set come with 4 & 5 hybrids included with regular iron shaft length... Best clubs of the day!!

Pacers playing hard...

Watching the last Pacers game against the Grizzlies on NBA broadband archive... I must say this team plays hard and is very quick... One advantage of having +12 to start the game, it can usually provide better half-time wager opportunities than laying -12... See what happens!!

Note: NBA broadband is only $50 for the rest of the season... Very reasonable (affordable)...

Bulls are way overrated right now... adding bunch of no names although John Salmons is a good addition to the team. Bulls plays no defense... On top of that... Del Negro is absolutely horrid... Wizards LARGE!!!
