Good call by the officals.

By rule you have to maintain possesion of the football when going to the ground to complete the catch. He lost possesion after contacting the ground, and without touching the down, it was intercepted by Taylor.

By rule, you can't advance the ball if the whistle is blown dead and the pass is deemed incomplete so they can't give Taylor a touchdown.
