Is in net tonight for Anaheim on the tail end of a B2B. Ducks have given up 16 goals in their last 4 games with an NHL-calibre goalie in net. Bryzgalov is not one. You know what to do.

no idea lol. I had a bit on the over but most of my money on the Caps TT O2.5, so I was happy they got the shootout win to salvage something! I watched the game, and there were at least 3-4 posts hit, which didn't help at all... and Bryzgalov actually played well for a change. That won't stop me from fading him again the next time out!

Possible Bryzgalov start tonight. Anaheim on second night of B2B and 3in4. Gibson (90.6 save%/2.95GAA) started last night, so either he's going to bring his 90.6 save% into tonight's game, where goalies historically perform significantly worse playing games on back to back nights, or we're going to get Bryzgalov and his stellar 84.7 save%/4.19GAA.
I think we'll always want Bryz to start since we can fade what is already a hugely overrated team, or play the over, or both, but Gibson starting wouldn't be horrible either. Point is, there's some value to be had here somewhere.
Edmonton either a fairly live dog at +172, or even better, play the over as we have another sieve in Scrivens at the other end, playing his second night in a row, bringing his sparkling 89.5 save% and 3.01GAA.

Will update later if I have confirmation of the Anaheim goalie. Scrivens is confirmed for Edmonton, who as I said is playing his second in a row and 3rd in 4 nights. I don't know what the record is for goalies playing 3 in 4, but it can't be good. Dude has faced 70 shots total the last 2 games and it's not like we can expect the Edmonton D to step up tonight to give him an easy time haha.

Over is currently at 5.5 -107 and seems like a bargain, so knowing me this game will probably end 2-1 haha. I'm likely going to go large and hit the O5.5, O6.5 and TTO for both teams haha.

GLTA whatever you play.

you still leaning edmonton?

no, I'm passing on the side. Edmonton is really not a good team, and are playing 3in4 with a goalie who's done the same. Maybe there's some value there, but not much imo.

yet it's the only one of five 7pm games not to get at least 2 goals in the 1st period... grrr

Over 5 +120 at 1st intermission I'm gonna hit it.
