Derek Anderson - QB - Browns Browns to keep both Anderson and Quinn?
He's definitely keeping Quinn. Cleveland is likely open to trading Anderson, but lacking a viable backup for Quinn hurts their leverage. The Browns could add a lower-tier veteran QB like Rex Grossman early in free agency. February 4

Signing Anderson last year was a horrible move and keeping him this long is even dumber. There is a reason the Browns are a losing NFL franchise.

I was just doing a quick look over the teams in the leauge that could benefit from having D.A on their team..

Vikings (Obvious)
Jets ( If attention whore goes bye-bye)
Bucs ( for Hache.. I think Garcia still has something to offer)
KC (If Croyle isn't going to get his shot)
Lions ( Not likely but they have a sad QB roster)

Feel free to add...

Croyle has had his shot and to be honest I'm not sure why he was ever given a shot. 3rd Round bust who has set back KC equally as much as Herm.

As for Anderson, I doubt teams are giving up what Cleveland wants. Browns seem to hold a higher value for him than most teams think he's worth.

perfect fit would be the carolina panthers. a run first team that wouldnt force anderson to carry the load. he would have a premiere wr who actually catches balls he should. Delhomne is getting old and has proven far too many times he will quicksand when in trouble and rack up insane int numbers in one game.

It seemed to me that Croyle came in Mid season either as a rookie or 2nd year and was pulled during their QB shuffle they had going on.

Has he ever been an opening day starter? Might make a difference to not look over his shoulder but it looks like with your tagline you are much closer to the situation.

Kidman this is the same reason I like him for my team. (Vikings)

But I agree with you Carolina would be a good fit for him too.. Hard to think they would push Jake aside for him though but you never know.

Spice has been 18 for many years now, i havent seen anything recent but even with that said... Rincon for sure, total complete package. However, can i add Keyra Augustin to the discussion?

The 2 names I put are the same person. Her professional modelling is Andrea Rincon. Selena is her name for the less clothing modelling..

Agree with Keyra though.. Another mighty fine ass

I have heard the Vikings may be getting Favre as now GB can't block a deal. I'm also a Viking fan and hope we get one of the 2

I remember seeing her Spice site a few years ago and it has changed, obviously her modeling career must have taken off?

Favre can not be going to Minn. He was under a 2 year contract with the Jets and I do believe they will still be penalized big time if they trade him there... And bite your tongue anyway... lol.. I can't stand the thought of Favre in purple...

Hopefully off season fluff.

Derek Anderson sucks. He has one decent year and now you say he could play for 5 shitty NFL teams so he should go there?

Maybe Minnesota because with a half decent QB they could win but is Anderson even half decent? He had all the tools around him, the O-Line, the WR, the TE the strong offensive coordinator and he still sucked.

I do think that D.A. will be a better QB than what he showed last year. And to say that he had a strong receiving crew is a joke. Any game I watched he could throw the perfect pass and those jackasses would drop it.

The Browns as a whole are a joke.

Bring him to Minn and I'll be a dancing fool. The other teams I just added on and YES he would make those teams better anyway. May not be their only answer but better then what they have.

lol you are an idiot. the browns lead the league in dropped passes, by far. edwards dropped so many easy passes that anderson had to be try to be beyond perfect and it hurt him. In the games they were doing good in, the defense would fall apart (see ravens game). When quinn came in the offense still sucked and so did quinn's numbers. Personally would love if anderson got traded to carolina.
