Guys - it is unbelievably windy here in the Cleveland area. I have to think this affects the passing game and limits both offenses.

I just laid some large bones down on the under (43.5) but expect it to drop before gametime.

Based on my experience rain, even snow, don't affect a total like a wind over 20 mph. It just makes any kind of passes over 10 yards or so very difficult. It usually will reduce the # of field goals. I also went with the under 43.
