Boston man faces animal cruelty and assault charges

- As a result of a decision by Clerk Magistrate Daryl Manchester, Yuri Orazanokifidich, 92, of Boston, will be charged with cruelty to animals and assault.
The decision stems from an incident first reported at 12:30 on the morning of Jan.12. Police were alerted to the situation when a Boston woman called in a report of a man beating her dog and husband.
The caller reported the man was punching her husband, and when she and another witness approached the man and told him to stop, he lifted her husband by his ears, threw him into a ditch, then kicked her dog into same said ditch.
Officer Derrick Ostiguy confirmed that arriving on scene he found a woman standing over Yuri with her knee in his back. Mr Yuri complained the woman had decked him with a series of body blows then a quick combo to the head..
.According to Ostiguy, the victim, became belligerent while being questioned. Stating something about rock salt and a guy named Wilheim who he did not want to find out about the situation. He claimed the 92 yr old got in a lucky punch ....He had no explanantion as to how Yuri was able to repeatedly dunk his head into the nearby drainage ditch claiming the elder man "may have had help from some local nigerians" Witnesses stated however they saw noone else around the scene but several said Yuri drug the victim around his yard by his ears screaming "Long live the USSR".
The dog in question sustained minor injuries and officer Ostiguy remarked that he thought the dog actually put up a better fight than the male victim....

More charges could be pending..........

I DIDNT PUNCH THE F-CKING GUY OUT CLAMER HEADS PREVAILED I DID HOWEVER TELL HIM THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I WAS GOING TO TELL HIM ABOUT THE ROCKSALT.HE SAID HE DIDNT REALIZE THAT THE SALT BOTHERED DOGS THAT MUCH I EXPLAINED TO HIM IT CRIPPLED BROWNIE HE COULDNT EVEN WALK.THIS ISNT OVER I COULD BY THE LOOK ON THE DUMB F-CKING RUSSIANS FACE THAT HE KNEW IT BOTHERED ME SO HE WAS GOING TO DO IT AGAIN.

YURI HAD THE SAME LOOK ON HIS FACE THE TIME HE CHANGED HIS GUTTERS SO ALL THE WATER DRAINED INTO MY BACKYARD AND FLOODED ME OUT.HE ACTUALLY HAD THE DRAIN PIPE EXTENDED RIGHT OUT TO MY FENCE SO EVERY DROP OF WATER OFF HIS HOUSE WENT INTO MY YARD I HAD A MAN MADE POND IN MY YARD.I FIXED HIS ARSE I POURED CEMENT ALL ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE FENCE SO THE WATER HAD TO GO BACK TO HIS SIDE YOU HAVE TO GET UP PRETTY EARLY IN THE MORNING TO FOOL OLD BEANTOWNJIM I ALSO WENT NEXT DOOR WHEN YURI WASNT HOME AND TOOK THE ELBOW OFF THE PIPE AND POINTED IT BACK INTO HIS YARD.THIS F-CKER HAS BEEN DOING ANYTHING HE CAN TO MAKE ME MOVE SO HIS BROTHER CAN BUY MY HOUSE.HE ALREADY ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO SELL MY HOUSE I TOLD HIM I WOULD BURN IT DOWN BEFORE I SOLD IT TO HIM.IT SUCKS LIVING NEXT TO A GUY WHO IS TRYING TO FORCE ME TO MOVE.
