First off , I am not a conspiracy guy, but by all accounts the money was heavily tilted to the Broncos…the penalty was stupid, but legit, still there is absolutely ZERO reason to kick a FG there…the game is in Vegas, I don’t want to believe that someone is whispering in Pete Carroll’s headset, kick a field goal and we’ll make it worth your while, I don’t want to believe that…………………..
It was an absolutely crazy finish, a bad beat, it sucks for Denver backers
If the game was actually "fixed", it would not have ended the way it ended. It would have been influenced much much earlier
It took a 4th down stop, a long completion in bounds, a stupid unnecessary delay of game penalty because the Raiders were not getting another play off, a coaches decision to kick the FG, and the kicker making a 40+ yard FG as time expired. All in the final minute
That fix would involve both teams and the officials, and that would have been a bad job at fixing.
