Regardless of which side one is on, Griese is at best average.. Always has been, everyone knows it. He isn't asked to win games, just manage them. He will on occasion, lose games, Gruden knows it, lives with it.. Shows the confidence he has in the backups, lol... 50 yards of offense by the Jets, and they are still in the game?? Nice..
