Small plane enters a no fly zone in Washington and all chaos breaks lose. Same thing happened 3 weeks when Norad picks up a shadow and everyone is evacuated. Bin Laden doesn't have to do anything else against the U.S. directly because the country is now on pins and needles on any blip that occurs. Living in fear daily as now a way of life is what terrorism is all about.
