TUESDAY ACTION

100 DIME

Dallas Mavs

20 DIME

Heat/Mavs OVER

Mavs

Hate to sound like a broken record but the Heat can't get faster and they can't get quicker with the players they have. Dallas is younger, faster, quicker across the board and that is a huge advantage for the Mavs. It is not by accident the Mavs have beaten the Heat 6 in a row SU and ATS with 5 of those wins being by double digits including the last 4. Just like the first two games, the superior bench of the Mavs, which keeps them fresh and in rthymn and because of that, they flat out have better rotations than the Heat. To me, who has watched every second of every game both of these teams have played in the playoffs, the Heat look tired and old. The Bulls in the first round consistently blew by Heat defenders as Miami showed you they struggle to defend quicker players. The Nets and Pistons they didn't have to defend because they didn't really have anybody in low post that the Heat respected and if you understand the NBA then you should understand that with no low post threat, it makes the perimeter easier to defend because you don't have to double down and can play everyone straight up. Dallas can send Howard down there, Dirk, Griffin, Stackhouse and even Dampier. I have said the Heat have been a step slow all year because they are old. Riley built this team to beat the Spurs and the Pistons, not the Mavs, arguably the worst team in the world that Miami matches up against. In my humble opinion and believe me it is humble, nothing changes tonight. Mavs are 14-5 ATS in this years playoffs including an astounding 8-1 SU and ATS on the road. They had one bad road game, which was game 4 in Phoenix when they pulled the no show of all no shows. They won't pull a no show here. In the four home games versus the Spurs, the Mavs beat them 3 out of 4 SU and ATS.with the loss being by 1. As said in games one and two, not a single ounce of doubt the Mavs are the right side of this game tonight. I am going to force the Heat to do something only one other team has been able to do to the Mavs on the road in the playoffs, beat them by more than 5. It is not happening tonight. Mavs take care of business and move to 9-1 on the road in the playoffs this year. Go Mavs

OVER

Now I have been riding the Unders like it is nobody's business in this series but that ends tonight. Now, before the last 3 between these two had gone Under, they had went Over 5 in a row and 6 of 7. In fact, the last 3 in Miami have gone Over. Miami has to run with this team. They have to get more easy opportunities to score because Dallas is becoming so strong defensively. As far as the Mavs are concerened, they can go uptempo or grind it out. This total has come down from 192 in game one, to 189 in game two to 187 tonight. That is too low for these teams as they score some points and find their way Over the total tonight.

So Lang likes the mavs su rather than taking the 4 1/2 huh? Interesting.

I think Lang is saying to take the 4.5.

I am going to force the Heat to do something only one other team has been able to do to the Mavs on the road in the playoffs, beat them by more than 5.

He also says they move to 9-1 on the road. Unclear to me.

I like the play and thanks for posting the writeup, but there is some incorrect info in there. Dallas is 6-3 SU on the road in these playoffs, not 8-1. The lost games 1 and 5 in San Antonio and game 4 in Phoenix. They are 8-1 ATS.
As stated above, Dallas was 2-2 SU in San Antonio, 3-1 ATS. They lost game 1 by 2 points and game 5 by 1.
