Another technical sweep of the board yesterday, with the only losing play again being an add-on -1.5 play to my Marlins winna. 3 days straight with big winning days and that's lead to a new season high, or nuevo season grande for all those Cinco'ers out there. Trying to keep this thing going to pay for some Margaritas tonight and some Oscar De La Hoya action. Do this. Oye'me:

1* Mariners/Yankees under 11 -105

Besides the fact that these two teams shot their offensive wads yesterday, the books are starting to adjust to Yankees totals, hanging an 11 -105 with Wang on the mound. I know this guy hasn't been the same yet, but with his 3rd start back from the DL, and pitching at home, I expect some good things out of Wang today. I wouldn't be surprised to see him hold the Mariners to 1 or 2 runs, that would leave the Stankees to score 8 or 9+ to send this over, and I don't see it happening after Scorefest 2007 last night. I see a 5-2, 6-3 type game in favor of the Stankees.

More on the way...

3* Chicago Cubs -1.5 -105

I just love this play. Probably the best bet of the day. Staying with a red hot Rich Hill vs. a Nationals team that not only sucks, but sucks something awful vs. lefties. And they'll face a real good one today. Cubs battled back down 4-0 yesterday after a first inning 3-run homerun, but outside of that, the Natties couldnt score. With the right-handed Patterson coming to Wrigley, winless in every start, there arent many more teams in baseball I'd rather have when facing a right-handed pitcher. This Cubs teams rakes righties, and with D-Lee red hot, and Soriano back and producing, I see this being a pretty easy win for the Cubbies today.

Cubs 8
Nationals 3

2* Rockies/Reds over 8 EVEN
1* Cincinatti Reds -135

Aaron Cook visits Aaron Harang, and give me the latter Aaron. Reds are flat out winning baseball games when Harang is on the bump, no other way to say it. But, although he's been solid, he hasn't been dominant, and that should continue because he doesnt have dominant stuff. With Harang probably giving up 2-3 runs today, with the bullpen giving 1 up as well, that puts the Rockies on 3-4 runs. Since I believe the Reds probably win this game, they would have to score more than that, and they will. Cincy is one of the better home teams in baseball, and their offense always seems to come to life at home. And because their RBI producers swing it from the left side, and Aaron Cook gets sha-lacked by left handed hitting, watch Cook struggle today to get the key outs with RISP. With Cook struggling to get Cincy's big bats out, Rockies will lose this game, but not before soaring over a low total of 8, with No Juice. Better value on the over, hence the larger play - and the small insurance policy on the Reds.

Why wouldnt you play the Seattle Mariners team total under if you think its going to be a 5-2 or 6-3 type of game in the
Yankees favor then you wont have to worry about Jeff Weaver getting smoked

because it is 4.5 -125

as opposed to when i put in my under earlier today yanks were under 11 -105

now it's under 11 +110

and 11.5 at some shops

it's better value

i had things to do today and couldnt afford to sit by the cpu and watch line movement so i put my bet in, but i obviously would have waited as the over is a very public play today in this game.

in order for this to go over, both teams are going to have to come out firing. between wang making his 3rd start back from DL, weaver having the pressure put on him, with his back against the wall knowing this is crunch tiem and do or die for him to perform well.....i think it stays under.

i think it's ironic that weaver's career will come down to him pitching well vs. his former team. i think he's comfortable pitching in yankee stadium, and both teams have a low percentage chance of repeating yesterdays performance. under 11 +110 is a nice cushion and value as opposed to under 4.5 -125
