The Ducks made it clear that he was not the only one being held accountable and I see this as kind of like Chelsea in the epl. They had the best coach money could buy but the players stopped playing for him. That Ducks team is in real disarray due to the players big heads

Like with the Caps his teams had tons of talent & regular season success, but sucked when it counted the most.
As with other teams, too, such as the Blues & Sharks.
