Boston at Detroit

Here's the Wings' lineup for tonight's exhibition game against Boston at Joe Louis Arena. Brian Rafalski and Pavel Datsyuk skated but are nursing minor, unspecified injuries, and won't play tonight. Valtteri Filppula returns after missing a game due to a jammed thumb. Coach Mike Babcock said goaltender Ty Conklin will play the whole game.

"I think everyone's pretty good (health-wise),'' Babcock said. "There's a whole bunch of guys in here sore. After a day off tomorrow, we'll have a better idea of who's injured and who's sore.''

I hate betting pre-season, but this line is too high for a meaningless game. Too many stars missing on Detroit, I'm with ya Vic.

That's not a very good Detroit lineup. Lidstrom's also out with a broken nose, stitches in his forehead. And I have to tell you, based on what I saw Wed night against Montreal. If Chelios if given anything more than 3 pairing minutes, their susceptiple.

Sorry for the late response... I'm not sure if it matters anymore, but I got this off my poker site... partybets. It's a pretty poor book, but once in a while I will lay it down there if they offer something decent or make a mistake (which they do on occation).
