Texas Tech +4.5 (-110), 2*

Five in a row for me after the easy winner on Duke. If Tech covers, I’ll be back in the green. I don’t like that this line has moved against me. I was going to bet +4 and the line is +4.5 at DK. Most places are still +4 it looks like, which I would bet if I didn’t have access to a better number. The game is in Texas which I hope is a motivator for Texas Tech. A lot of times these games are about motivation, so I’ll take any edge I can find.

Minnesota -10.5 (-110), 2*
Washington +3.5 (-115), 2*
Washington ML (+135), 1*

Nothing to add for me today besides these three bets I posted this week. I lean over in the Washington game, maybe I'll add it later. 6-0 the last three days. I hope to go 2-1 today and keep moving in the right direction. Good luck.

Well that was a tough beat to end my streak. Haven't lost a game that way before. They review the play to see if Minnesota had 12 on the field, which they did. That nullified Minnesota's turnover and allowed Syracuse to continue their drive. Of course Syracuse's qb runs it in on 4th and goal and I lose the bet. Wow. I still have Washington both ways tonight which I feel good about, but that was a gut punch.

NC State -2 (-110), 2*
South Carolina +2.5 (-105), 2*

I bet South Carolina a week or two ago and obviously I have a bad number. That doesn’t mean the bet will lose, but I certainly didn’t get any CLV by betting that game early. I lean Tennessee tonight, but the number dropped from +6 to +4.5. I was able to keep the positive run going despite the Minnesota loss. Washington came through nicely.

December 31st

Kentucky +3 (-110), 2*
Kansas State +7.5 (-110), 2*
Kansas State/Alabama under 57 (-110), 2*
TCU/Michigan over 57.5 (-110), 2*

January 2nd

Mississippi State ML (-125), 2*

The Kentucky bet is just a numbers play. If the line got to 3, I was going to bet Kentucky. Low total game of 31 points means this game can and should be very tight, as Iowa and Kentucky's games have been all year. I will update once I decide if I want to bet a side in the Michigan or Georgia game.

Had a bad day yesterday, can't go 2-0 every day as much as I wish I could. Good luck!

January 2nd

Mississippi State ML (-125), 2*
Tulane +1.5 (-110), 2*
Penn State PK (-110), 2*

Adding these two plays to the Mississippi State bet from a couple days ago. I knew people would be betting them like crazy today due to the Leach angle. I wouldn’t bet them at these numbers. If you can buy a half point and get them at -3, that’s probably the best way to go.

Good luck and Happy New Year!

That was nice of Tulane to come back on USC. I knew they were going to play hard until the end. I just wasn’t sure how serious USC would take the game. Glad that one went my way.

Georgia -12.5 (-110), 2*

DK has -12.5. Most places have -13 and I see a -13.5. I might add a first half bet or a player prop tomorrow. I have a chance to end up even more or less for the year. Obviously, it would be nice to turn a meaningful profit. However, this isn’t my full-time job and it’s nice to be able to bet on college football for an entire season without losing any money. Or only losing a very small amount. I will update tomorrow if necessary.

Georgia/TCU under 62.5 (-110), 2*
Max Duggan over 32.5 rushing yards (-130), 1*
Kenny McIntosh over 65.5 rushing yards (-115), 1*
Brock Bowers over 67.5 receiving yards (-110), 1*
Quentin Johnson over 84.5 receiving yards (-110), 1*
Max Duggan Anytime TD (+140), 1*

I think Georgia gets out in front and sits on the lead. Something like 38-17. If the game total ends on 63, I will be kicking myself for not getting a better number. Hopefully this game goes as I expect and that won’t come into play. Good luck.

I was right about it being one-sided, but that was an annihilation. Had TCU kept it somewhat close, McIntosh would have gotten a few more carries, which is all he would have needed to go over. Either way, it was a fun season. The goal next year will be to turn a meaningful profit, but I’m not going to complain. I placed 305 bets and lost 2 units. Good luck to everyone in 2023, I’m sure I will see some of you in the other forums.
