October 20th
Mike Evans over 61.5 receiving yards (-112), 1*
Texans +3 (-110), 1*
Jaylin Noel over 14.5 receiving yards (-108), 1*
I can make a case for both sides in the early game. I think this Evans prop is too low. Baker has been playing well. Evans unlike Egbuka has had time to heal. No Godwin in this game. Lions have a bunch of injuries in the secondary, Branch is suspended this game. I think the Evans over makes a lot of sense. I like Jameson Williams anytime TD in that game also. GL

It’s clear these teams are going to try and take care of their tight ends today. Kittle and his backup both scored for the 49ers. Goedert scored twice. Henry scored for the Patriots. I feel pretty good about at least one of those two guys scoring.

If I didn’t have the Steelers at +8.5 in a teaser, I would bet them +3. These are the spots I want the Steelers, when Tomlin is a dog. I do like Jordan Love to go over his passing yards. I think this could be a bit of a shootout. Or I could see the Packers chasing in this game and Love having to go to the air more than anticipated. I will just play the over which I think is the safer bet. I don’t mind pizza money on Golden or Freiermuth anytime TD.

I know betting dogs has been a graveyard the last couple weeks. I was always planning to bet Washington in this game and it looks like they are taking money. Pretty much all the 11.5’s are gone and there is a 10.5 out there right now. I think Mariota is better then some of the trash we saw yesterday like Cousins and Dalton. Washington will have McLaurin and Samuel back which is very important. I’m not calling for an outright win, but I think this is a 6-10 point KC win. I will post any other bets I have closer to game time. GL

While I like the Commanders in this game, I think these two guys are going to be impactful for the Chiefs tonight. I can’t pinpoint exactly what the Commanders are going to do which is why I’m staying away from their props. I expect Smith to get more opportunities as the season progresses unless the Chiefs make a move at the deadline. I expect Smith to be the speed back and third down back behind Pacheco with Hunt getting goal line work here and there. The Chiefs backfield needs a speed threat which is why they like Smith. And why I expect them to give Worthy a carry or two. He gives them another speed element out of the backfield. GL

I still have my open teaser from Thursday with the Ravens and Lions. I have some leans, I just haven’t bet any of them yet. Could be teasers and props today. Besides the teams I have in teasers, I lean the Falcons, Steelers, Panthers and Raiders. The problem is those are all dogs and we have seen how that has gone for me and others the past couple weeks in particular. I certainly lean the over in Bears/Bengals and Colts/Steelers. I think there will be points in Falcons/Patriots. I will update before the early slate.
