BoSox 2025 College Football Thread

Penn State +14.5 (-112), 1*
Mississippi State +9.5 (-108), 1*
Duke/UConn over 63.5 (-110), 1*
I really think this line is several points too high in the Penn State game. I get the spread being where it is. Everyone loves Indiana. Penn State got dominated in the second half by Ohio State last week. I think we get a good effort at home from the Nittany Lions. They still have plenty of four and five-star players. This is by far the biggest remaining game on their schedule. I don’t know if I want to bet Penn State after this week. I do like them with the number sitting more then two touchdowns. I don’t know if I have bet against Indiana all season, I think this is the time to do it. Second straight road game for the Hoosiers as well.
I don’t see any indication we are going to get +10 with Mississippi State. I would advise waiting until close to kickoff before placing this bet, in case +10 does appear. That’s what I will be doing. But I will use 9.5 for my record either way.
I don’t know what kind of effort we are going to get from Duke. They are coming off the big Clemson win. They could lose this game and still achieve what they want in the ACC. I already bet UConn. I think this game could get a little loose.

I’m going to go against the line move here. Florida State has not been a good road team all year. Both teams have equal motivation when it comes to getting that sixth win. I think NC State can surprise some people tonight, including bettors apparently. GL

Some other bets I’m considering tomorrow. For the same reason that I bet Maryland against Michigan, I am looking at Rutgers +32.5. I’m having trouble clicking the button simply because it’s Rutgers. I don’t think Ohio State is looking to empty the bucket in this game. Rutgers will be up for them. I might get there. I wish I bet Missouri at +7.5. If I can get +7 tomorrow, I will probably bet them. I think the number is pretty close to correct in the Oregon game. If I bet something there, it will be the over. I lean Kentucky, not sure if I like them enough to get to the window. Florida +4 is interesting. Lastly, I will bet Cincy if they get to +3.
