Book says I'm blocked, Menoy Grahm says I'm not... ???

Anybody ever have this happen?

The book said it came back as I'm blocked for this specific country. ??? Never happened before. I call up Menoy Grahm and they say it's perfectly fine?


So I'm going to lose the sending fees no matter what, it appears. They give me a name for another country... and I'm worried it won't be accepted as well. If not, then I'll lose double in fees.

I just don't understand it. Grahm said I'm perfectly fine. So what gives? I'm going to collect my send right now (lose the fees) and try to send to different person.
