I cant say 100 percent however i had so many issues with cc theft and identity theft people fishing. seemed like the only place it could have happened where all your info is on a red carpet. If you can deposit in a different form i wouldnt be lazy because it is a fucking nightmare. I changed my card on a weekly basis had to notify world trade commision all 3 credit bureaus and so on these fuckers love to fish and just remember amex will not call you and when they do only call them back on the number on your card mind blowing shit

Coinbase is a mother fucker to get validated. I tried numerous times to use my laptop and mobile phone to upload a pic of my passport and DL only to get turned down because they cant read it or they are saying Im from Singapore. I gave up on them. My bank is pretty good at notifying of me charges made and whether to decline them or not. My wife stays on top of the checking acct also. I didnt want to go that route but I dont know of any other wallet that will let me buy bitcoins. Circlepay quit.
