I've had an account with Bodog for going on 7 years now. I've always been happy with them, the only reason for having another sportsbook account is for line shopping. You only have to send your drivers license, account info to them once after that they store it on file.

What do you mean? They offer .10 lines, just like every other book. For US bettors, the only place better is Matchbook, unless you're betting at 5Dimes overnight. Every other shop is .10.

No, they're not going to give you a cheap line on the great home team against the Nationals, but they're a great book for dogs.

Any favorite is often slated 10 cents higher which is ridiculous. "Garbage lines" as somebody stated above. Dog prices are okay, but you will still find better. WSEX is a great book for MLB, but yes Matchbook is your best.

If the favorite is .10 higher, bet the dog.

I've been with Bodog for about 7 years or so. Glad to hear the payout time has improved... I waited 2.5 months for a small withdraw a few years back.

As previously mentioned, their lines stink. It's rare that they ever beat competitors - even on dogs. And forget about futures; in some cases bodog offers HALF the odds of competitors. And they never offer half juice days/times. For those reasons I never use bodog for sports wagering and I tell friends looking for a site to look elsewhere.

So what's bodog good for? Poker and horse racing.

I thought I should post my recent Bodog withdraw....November 9th (last Monday) I requested a withdraw via check by mail. It arrived yesterday November 16th.

What an amazing improvement from a year or so ago when it took literally 2 months for my check to arrive.... and that only happened after I got Wilhiem to email them on my behalf.

after your initial withdrawal bodog will normally have your check to you within 7 days

I got mine today and I did it the other night took about 5 days to get to my house and there was bad weather. They sent it through fedex

Requested withdraw last Wednesday... check arrived this morning. I still only recommend Bodog for poker, but I have to admit their payouts have gotten MUCH faster.

Now if they'd only lower their ridiculous sports-betting juice and offer normal betting options.... Oh well, at least the poker tournaments are profitable.
