Bluegrass taken over a month to pay a check now

I keep getting excuses.. "It's the banks delays" .. "Call back monday" "let me call you right back" etc again and again and again and again. Does anyone have a line there that could help me out?

I have not heard this from the top guy....but second hand from someone who speaks with a person in a high position with that company....BG had dumped out all of the "bleeders" that cost that book so heavily over the last three years. They have just come off the best year ever......and expect even bigger things to come this fall. The company has a heavy list of people that owe the company a ton of cash....which is being resolved in good order....heard the company picked up a valuable piece of real estate in order to collect a large debt owed to the company......BG is definetly not suffering from liabilities owed to clients.....actually the shoe is on the other foot this time around. I don't think ANYONE has anything to worry about....and I know the owner quite well and is one of the most honorable people in the world. He would NEVER stick anyone. Any problems that you're experiencing at this moment I'm sure are temporary.....and be a little patient and I guarantee it will be resolved in time.

What exactly is a "bleeder"? Scalper, Linepicker, Steamchaser? From time to time BG will really put an opinion in their lines. Not trying to be a smatass, really just wondering.

general, doesnt BG have a beef with theshrink? i remember a while back some acusations were made, that never panned out, and they yanked their banner.

The General got a reply but it was filled with lies and excuses. Diego claimed my payout request was on Apr. 18 but it was on March 22-23th. (Almost a month alter). It is now May 6. He also gave a few more excuses to the general about checks not clearing and no tracking number and that the bank supposedly had the check ready on Apr 22-23. (that was 2 weeks ago)

Honorable? Hrm..

I have been warning gamblers to stay clear from BlueGrass for some time. Their owner may be an honorable guy, but they have had documented slow pay problems going on for well over a year now...

I trust MILL a lot so perhaps he knows more about their current siutation than I do...

I was handling pay issues before I was a helper here. I am a pro with all book reps. They know me and they know I am not out to sling mud, but get to the truth and a resolution. I rely on my reputation, courtesy, and professionalism when handling disputes. Any book who will not atleast talk with me with the players approval likely has something to hide. BG did reply and I have advised the player.

I am hoping for a nice ending here.

Shrink i follow your warnings but unforunately i've been a longtime BG customer never requesting a _major_ payout. I believe i even signedup through an old RX banner!

I told diego i thought he provided terrible service as i had been a customer of several years in good standing and would post an update of this poor transaction and he said word for word "good the less winners that come here the better".

Obviously these guys are not in good shape. The profits must be down or in the end.
